Kai Ling is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a keen interest in sports and geriatric rehabilitation. She believes that improving the overall health of an individual is the key to preventing long term chronic diseases and is an advocate of proper diet and exercise for their role in preventive medicine.
She has vast experience from both the public hospital and in the private sector and has received various good service quality awards.
Kai Ling's approach to physiotherapy is in giving a holistic and individualized assessment and treatment. She encourages the clients to participate in the treatment process, ensuring a 2-way communication, so that the best outcomes can be achieved.
