Kai Ling is an AHPC registered musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a keen interest in chronic pain, sports and geriatric rehabilitation.

She treats a range of musculoskeletal conditions from office workers, athletes, to pregnant ladies, helping you attain your goals of having pain-free movements and achieving top sporting performance.

Kai Ling believes that improving the overall health of an individual is the key to preventing long term chronic diseases and is an advocate of proper diet and exercise for their role in preventive medicine. Her approach to physiotherapy is in giving a holistic and individualized assessment and treatment. She encourages the clients to participate in the treatment process, ensuring a 2-way communication, so that the best outcomes can be achieved.
