What are the treatment types at Movinglives Physiotherapy?Manual therapy (soft tissue massage, joint mobilizations) and exercise therapy are the main modes of treatment. Heat or Ice therapy may be applied depending on your condition. Movinglives physiotherapy firmly believes in getting you to take part and be in charge of your treatment plan, instead of relying on electrophysical agents (traction, electrical stimulation, ultrasound therapy, interferrential therapy etc) as they have low evidence that it helps in long term pain management.
